    Les Croset is one of my favourite ostrres in Switzerland. Mainly for its less busy runs and a brilliant park. There are one of two places for off pistes which after a good snowfall is as good as anywhere in Europe. Being further up the mountain than Champery its an easy drive up from the motorway and only around a 20 mins ascent passing through some really traditional villages on the way up. The Swiss Wall is also the route which gives you access from Avoriaz back into Les Croset. Its certainly not for beginners and is much more aimed at the advanced ski/boarder however you can catch the chairlift back down which opens the access to the French Side up to everyone.
